A Family Day Out at Treaddur Bay
My fiancée, Bev, had her sister, Diane, came and visited us, so we thought we would make a family day of it and invited my Dad along.
We found a lovely little bay to explore, have a picnic and looks for some compositions for sunset.
I was mainly looking for compositions that included the texture of the rocks that was bathed in the evening sun.
Above, the clouds made a lovely swirly pattern in the sky, just as the sun dipped below the headland.
I was trying to avoid shooting straight into the sun, so I was taking images along the rocks. Just enjoying experimenting and hunting compositions.
Bev and Diane explored the bay taking some photographs and doing a bit of sketching whilst my Dad acted as a chair for Toby to sit on. They kept each other company and warm.
